어제 새벽 다섯시반 조금 넘어서 왠일로 일찍 눈이 떠 졌는데 뭐 할거도 딱히 없고 우버잇츠 앱 들어갔다가 그래 그동안 시켜먹은 음식들 리뷰나 하자 하고 지난 주문 내역 현황에 들어가 보았다
그리고 평점과 함께 기계적이지 않은 뻔한 말 아닌 리뷰를 남겼다
세 군데서 감사하다고 메일이 왔다
아니 내가 그 몇 배가 넘는 가게에 정성스런 리뷰를 남겼는데 고작 세 업주만이 답을 했다고? (근데 딱히 의무도 아님)
심지어 한 군데는 별만 주고 남긴 글자가 하나도 없는데 메일을 보내왔음 세 가게 모두 의례적으로 보내는 복사 붙여넣기 토시 하나 안 바꾼 인사말같지만 어쨌든 평점 남긴 고객들한테 최소한의 감사 인사를 전하는거니 기분 나쁠 일이 뭐가 있겠는가

How is this a cheesecake? Would be helpful if there was a picture of it on the website, and I would not have placed an order it if I knew what I was going to get because I certainly wouldn't paid $18 for cups of whipped cream.
Naming cheesecake while it has absolutely nothing to do with cheesecake is so lame.

Crab Carbonara x2 in the "BOGO" category, what does exactly "x2" mean by that? Ordered 2, expecting to get 4 containers of food, and I got 2. Maybe considering removing that "x2" from its menu as it can be misleading to customers.

Why do you indicate that you're having a 591 ml bottle of peach drink while in fact sending me a 473 ml bottle? Not cool. Don't you think customers would be a bit upset if they receive a 473ml one when they thought they paid for 571 bottle? What'd you think on that? Would appreciate your feedback and reply. Thank you.

Been a regular for a while now and every time trying new pasta, I really enjoy 'em all. I think there's one area needed to do a better job that is the last stage of service - packing. I find it quite insecure time to time when receiving the order, so next time please pay attention to the last touch. Looking forward to trying more!

Wish your employee was more professional. I know it's a fast-paced environment where people come and go without even noticing it, and I get that. Not expecting a huge welcome or anything. But being with his phone the whole time while a customer is still present there is definitely not a good look. Need to be better.

If something is running out, please do promptly update the menu on your end. It has happened more than three times my order got canceled becasue a product was sold out, and I'm not pleased. I even left a review once. Pretty disappointing to receive a message again, learing you don't value customers' voice.

Hardly say it's super unique but close enough to the original cuisine, and you sure know what you're doing. It was a pleasant surprising for me cause I didn't even know I like beets until I had your beets tahini that led me to open trying new menu more, so that's good! Shoutout to the chips, a side menu, that's a real hidden gem. Do you have a bigger bag of chips too? I'd totally order it. I wish there was drink menu too in your store that's probably the only minus for me.
