i've been thinking how i wish the cardinals would wear the navy road caps more often.
it just feels right when the cardinals wear the navy caps/batting helmets on the road. i've never gotten used to the red caps to be honest, they in my opinion have one of the best caps in baseball that's rarely worn. the navy cap should be worn in every road game, not just against other "red" teams.
PS navy cap was the cap worn on the road for both of their championship runs in 2006 and 2011. they made that change in 2012, and look what happened. haven't won a world series since they got rid of their 80-grade cap.
time to bring it back. make the navy road cap permanent!!
