so since shayne gostisbehere arrives suddenly the canes power play goes 7 for 9 in two games and ghost has 2 goals and 2 assists on the pp in those 2 games
gostisbehere is scoring at an 82 goal pace as a hurricanes and has unlocked the power play. he's been exactly what the power play needed and his pp unit is unstoppable, the canes power play since the trade deadline is absolutely electric.

and i'm geniunely so excited about this trade and i know i wouldn't be alone in feeling that way.
jesse puljujärvi never lived up to the hype, and i honestly don't know who or what to blame to go around. he was in need of a change of scenary badly and is finally getting a chance in carolina where is literally the best place for him to get a fresh start.
yeah, not to state the obvious but puljujärvi couldn't have gone to a more ideal situation than the hurricanes. it's like a finnish wonderland over there.
maybe him and aho get that old world junior magic back. i just hope he figures it out in carolina.
it's been delayed due to a immigration and work visa stuff and seems to take a little while for him to get to the canes.
oh wait, puljujärvi possibly getting to play his first game in a canes sweater on the day of aho's 500th game.. is such fun.
cannot wait for commentators to call the hurricanes with svechnikov, teräväinen,kotkaniemi, puljujärvi, and gostisbehere all on the ice at once under coach brind'amour's leadership ahahah.
